Financial Responsibility

The patient, or the patient's parent or guardian, is financially responsible to pay for medical services.

Insurance

Dr. Roman accepts insurance payment from several health insurance plans. As a service to her patients, Dr. Roman submits claims directly to the insurance company.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

Patients must notify Dr. Roman twenty-four hours in advance of a cancelled appointment. The fee for missed appointments or same-day cancellations is $100.00. The patient is financially responsible for cancellation fees. Health insurance policies do not cover missed or late-cancelled appointments.
